Rancho Amalia Lodge offers the best horseback riding in the Central Valley. Our horseback rides are inside our farm. The tour is guided and you will enjoy beautiful views and peace and freedom in the mountains of our property in the highlands of Naranjo. We have 22 years of experience in the area.
Enjoy the rural experience of horseback riding and appreciate nature from a different point of view. Our horseback riding trips must be booked more than a day in advance. We have certified helmets. We also have an INS liability insurance policy so, only people over 5 years of age are allowed to ride.
Option 1. Los Duendes Sector. 2 km: Our clients' favorite. It covers pastures, landscapes, forests with Giant Ficus Trees, and crop areas.

Option 2. Dueño de Monte Sector. 4 km: Recommended for people over 8 years old. This tour includes routes through pastures, crop areas, two different types of forests, areas under reforestation, rural landscapes in the foreground and background and landscapes in the background of the GAM and Gulf of Nicoya.
